BBQ fries in mexican style

Ingredients

  • 8 Tacos
  • spicy powder for the meat
  • 800g minced beef meat or chicken breast cut in small pieces,
  • Sauce for the tacos : guacamole, fresh cream, pepper, spring onion, corn.
  • 600g BBQ fries of Lutosa.

Preparation

  • Cook the meat in a pan with the spicy powder
  • Garnish the tacos with the cooked meat, guacamole, the fresh cream, the onion and corn.
  • Cook the fries in a fryer at 175°C during 4 minutes
