BBQ fries with beef skewer

Ingredients

  • 600g BBQ 10-10 fries of Lutosa
  • For the Skewer : 600g beef filet
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 onions

 

For the vegetables skewer:

  • 2 corncobs
  • 250g of mushrooms
  • 300g Brussels sprouts
  • 2 onions
  • 1 pepper red and green

 

For the chimichurri sauce :

  • 120ml of olive oil
  • 100 ml of wine vinegar
  • juice of lime
  • half green bell pepper
  • 1 red or green pepper
  • 8 garlic gloves
  • 1 tomatoes
  • 3 shallots
  • half a bunch of fresh parsley
  • half a bunch of fresh coriander
  • pinches cayenne pepper powder
  • salt

Preparation

For the sauce :

  1. Coarsely chop the tomatoes, peppers and peppers, removing the stems.
  2. Peel the garlic and the shallots
  3. remove the parsley leaves but keep the coriander stems
  4. Mix everything with the solid ingredients first
  5. Add the vinegar until it has a texture with small pieces.
  6. Add the oil and mix to make an emulsion.
  7. Season if necessary
  8. Place in a bowl and let stand before eating

 

For the vegetables skewer :

  1. Put a piece of each vegetable on the skewer, twice.

 

For the beef :

  1. Put around 6 pieces of the beef filet on each skewer, with one piece of red pepper and one piece of onion between each meat piece.

 

For the cooking :

  1. Cook the beef skewer on a bbq pan and the vegetables skewer on a pan.
  2. Garnish the meat skewer with the chimichurri sauce.
  3. Cook the BBQ Fries in a fryer.
