Chicken breast in red sauce with his Belgian fries

Ingredients

  • 600g Lutosa Belgian fries
  • 600g of chicken breast
  • 400g of green bean
  • spring onion
  • For the sauce: Honey and sriracha sauce

Preparation

  • First grill the chicken breast from each side.
  • For the sauce: mix the honey with the sriracha sauce –then put in on the chicken breast before the cooking.
  • Cook the chicken breast in the oven at 180°C during around 20 mns.
  • Cook the bean in the hot water during around 15’-20’
  • Cook the Belgian fries in a fryer during 4’ at 175°C
  • You can decorate the chicken breast with small pieces of spring onions
