Chili sin carne with Steak fries

Ingredients

  • 600g Lutosa’s prefried fries 10-18
  • 300g red beans
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano and coriander
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 500g of peeled tomatoes
  • 150g of corn
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 spoon paprika
  • cream

Preparation

  1. Peel and finely chop the garlic and onion.
  2. Wash the bell pepper and cut it into strips.
  3. In a saucepan, fried the garlic and onion in a little olive oil. Fried until the onion becomes translucent. Add the drained beans and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the tomatoes, corn, spices, chopped coriander, salt and pepper. Let simmer for 45 minutes.
  5. Add a little water if needed.
  6. Garnish finally with the cream.
