Crinkle Cut fast ready with a pork chop

Ingredients

  • 600g Lutosa Fast ready Crinkle cut 9-12mm
  • 4 pork chops of 150g
  • 400g of green peas
  • For the sauce: 1 spoon of mustard, 1 small spoon of honey, 20 cl cream.

Preparation

  1. Cook the green peas in hot water
  2. Cook the pork chops in a pan
  3. Put it in the pan the cream, mustard and honey to do the sauce
  4. Cook the fast ready crinkle cut in a fryer
