Crispy Crinkle Cut with fish burger

Ingredients

  • 400g Crispy Crinkle cut Lutosa
  • 2 fish burger / person
  • 2 buns bread or burger bread
  • Some leaves of salad
  • 1 red onion
  • Tartare sauce

Preparation

  1. Fry the fish burger in a pan with a little sunflower oil
  2. Spread the bread with the tartare sauce
  3. Peel the red onion and cut some slices
  4. Garnish the burger with the leaves of salad and the onion slices.
  5. Cook the Crispy crinkle cut in the fryer
