Crispy Crinkle Cut with fish burger

Ingredients

  • 400g Crispy Crinkle cut Lutosa
  • 2 fish burger / person
  • 2 buns bread or burger bread
  • Some leaves of salad
  • 1 red onion
  • Tartare sauce

Preparation

  • Fry the fish burger in a pan with a little sunflower oil
  • Spread the bread with the tartare sauce
  • Peel the red onion and cut some slices
  • Garnish the burger with the leaves of salad and the onion slices.
  • Cook the Crispy crinkle cut in the fryer
