Crunchy Hash brown : For your breakfast or for your brunch

Ingredients

  • 5 Crunchies Hash brown
  • cherry tomatoes
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 egg
  • 1 slice of salmon
  • cottage cheese
  • 1 kiwi
  • some strawberries
  • 1 peach
  • 1 spoon of muesli

Preparation

  1. Cook your egg in a pan, cut the half of the avocado, peel the peach and cut in cubes, peel the kiwi and slice it, cut the strawberries.
  2. Put the fruits and the muesli on the cottage cheese in a bowl.
  3. Cook the crunchies hash brown in the fryer at 175°C during 4 mns or in the oven
  4. Put on the plate: the crunchies hash brown, the sliced avocado, the slice of salmon and the fried egg.
