Dipsters skin off served with octopus

Ingredients

  • 400g Lutosa Dipsters skin off
  • 300 up to 400 g of little octopus
  • 1 lime
  • For the sauce : 1 or 2 gloves of garlic to peel , parsley, olive oil
  • 1 or 2 slices of Smoked salmon

Preparation

  1. Fry the octopus in a pan with olive oil
  2. Prepare the sauce : 3 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 or 2 gloves of chopped garlic, half a bunch of chopped parsley, salt, pepper : mix all together
  3. Decorate your plate with the cut lime – add if you want the juice of the lime on the octopus
  4. Cook the fries in a fryer
