Ingredients

  • 8 Lutosa’s Rustic Hash Brown
  • 250g of mushrooms
  • beans with tomato sauce
  • 4 eggs
  • small cooked sausages
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 8 slices of bacon

Preparation

  1. Heat the tomatoe bean, wash and cook the mushrooms in a pan with a little butter,
  2. Wash the tomatoes, cut in 2, cook 15-20mns in the oven at 200°C.
  3. Fry the bacon slices in the pan –
  4. Fry the egg in a pan with a little sunflower oil , then salt and pepper.
  5. Cook the rustic Hash Brown in the fryer during 3’30’’ at 175°C.
  6. Put all the cooked ingredients on a plate.
