Gourmet Salad of Wedges Skin-off

Ingredients

  • 600g of potatoes wedges skin-off Lutosa
  • 400g of green bean
  • some radish
  • 200g of mushrooms
  • 1 radicchio salad
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Optional : hard boiled eggs or small fish fillet

Preparation

  1. Cook the green beans in boiled water , cut the radicchio and the radish in small slices and cook the mushrooms in a pan
  2. Cook the potatoes wedges in the fryer at 175°C during 4’30 mns or in the oven, at 200°C during 15’ mns
  3. Put all on the vegetables with the cooked potatoes, with the fish on the plates
