Huevos rotos with potatoes slices

Ingredients

  • Around 600g of the Lutosa’s potatoes slices
  • Around 8 eggs,
  • persley

Preparation

  1. Pour an abundant quantity of olive oil into a pan and fry the frozen potatoes slices for around eleven minutes on medium heat or you can cook them in a fryer during 3’30 at 175 °C.
  2. When they are cooked, remove the potatoes onto a plate
  3. Fry the eggs without letting the yolk cook (it must be able to flow onto your potatoes afterwards!)
  4. Arrange the fried eggs on the potatoes
  5. Salt, pepper and parsley
  6. Serrano ham can be added, if you like
