Ivorian fish fritters

Ingredients

  • 400g of Lutosa mashed potatoes
  • 150g of flour
  • 2 fishes
  • 1 tin of tomato
  • 100g fresh tomato
  • 2 onions
  • half a bunch of parsley
  • 600g Lutosa frozen fries 10-10

 

For the Vegetables:

  • 1 chili
  • 1 garlic
  • vegetable broth

 

For the Sauce:

  • 2 glasses of frying oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

For the fritters:

  1. Cook the fish in a saucepan after having cleaned them well for 10 minutes.
  2. Put the parsley, garlic, 1 onion, salt, pepper and chili in a blender, add the mashed potatoes and mix.
  3. Add the cooked fish, paying close attention to the bones. Mix.
  4. Taste your mixture, adjust the seasoning if necessary. Pour everything into a salad bowl.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan for the fritters.
  6. Form balls of the shape you want with the dough, roll them in the flour and fry them in the frying pan.

 

Accompanying sauce:

  1. On another fire, heat a pan with a little oil.
  2. Cut the onion into rings. Bring him back.
  3. Add the fresh tomato and the concentrate. Wait 5 minutes before adding 2 glasses of water.
  4. Salt, pepper, add a cube of vegetable or fish broth, don’t forget to add garlic and sweet pepper to enhance the taste of the fish.
  5. Let simmer for 10 minutes before serving with the hot fritters.

 

For the fries :

  1. Cook them in the fryer at 175°C during 4 minutes.
