Loaded Skinny Xtra Crispy fries

Ingredients

  • 600g to 800g of Lutosa’s skinny 5-5 skin on Xtra crispy fries
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cilantro
  • leaves
  • 1 jalapenos
  • 1 pickled onions
  • powder of cayenne pepper
  • feta cheese
  • salt

Preparation

  1. Cut the cilantro and the jalapenos in thin slices
  2. cut then pickled onions
  3. crumble the feta cheese scallions
  4. peel and slice the avocado
  5. Cook the Fries during 3 minutes at 175°C in the fryer.
  6. Than garnish the fries with the sliced avocado, the cilantro, the jalapenos, the pickled onions, the crumbled feta and finally the powder of cayenne pepper and the salt.
