Loaded Spicy Fries

Ingredients

  • Lutosa spicy fries 10-10
  • 1/2 cup Lump crab meat
  • 1 mozarella
  • aïoli sauce
  • 1 tbsp chives (ciboulette)
  • 1 red oinion

 

Optionaly :

  • Spices
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
  • 3 tsp Old bay seasoning

Preparation

  1. Crumble the crab
  2. Cut in small pieces : the mozzarella, the chives and the red onion.
  3. Cooked your fries : 4’ at 175°C
  4. Garnish by scattering over the fries, the different ingredients : Crab, mozzarella, the chives, the red onion.
  5. Spread the aioli sauce over the fries and the ingredients
