Mash Beef Aspargus

Ingredients

  • 600g mashed potatoes Lutosa
  • 600g of beef
  • Green asparagus
  • Gravy sauce
  • Persiley

Preparation

  1. Grilled your meat from each side, then cook it in the oven 15mns/500g of meat
  2. Prepare the mashed potatoes : Add 188 ml of milk or water for the 600g mashed potatoes, than put during 4’ in the micro-wave (900w). When it’s hot, mix all together.
  3. Receipt of the gravy sauce: 1 clove of garlic, 50g of butter, 50g of flour, 6 tablespoon of beef broth, 3 tablespoon of corn flour, 3 tablespoon of ketchup.
  4. When your meat is cut, slice it in thin slices, put the mashed potatoes in a dish as well as the sauce – you can decorate the beef with the sauce and parsley.
