Organic fries in a green Poké bowl

Ingredients

  • 600g Lutosa Organic fries 12-12
  • Green salad
  • lamb’s lettuce
  • small green tomatoes
  • lime
  • avocado
  • spring onions

Preparation

  1. Wash and peel the different vegetables
  2. Cut in slices, the tomatoes, the avocado , the spring onions.
  3. Arrange each vegetable in the bowl, seasoned with salt, pepper and olive oil.
  4. Cook the fries during 4’ at 175°C and put them near the vegetables.
