Mexican Style Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 600g of Lutosa 10-10 fries skin on
  • 1 tray of guacamole (150g)
  • 1 tray of creamy salted cheese (around 150g)
  • 2 tomates cut in cubes
  • some young onions- cut in slices

Preparation

For the fries :

  1. Cook them in the fryer at 175°C during 4 minutes.
  2. Once cooked, garnish the fries with the cheese, guacamole, the tomatoes and the young onion.
