Rosemary potatoes with Beef steak and green aspargus

Ingredients

  • 600g to 800g of Lutosa’s rosemary potatoes
  • 400g of green asparagus
  • 4 beef steak of 150g-200g each.

Preparation

  1. Cook the Rosemary potatoes in the fan oven at 200°C during 17’30’’ or in the air fryer at 200°C during 12 minutes.
  2. Cook the steak in a pan with butter
  3. Cook the asparagus in boiled water during 10-15 minutes
  4. Than garnish on a plate the rosemary potatoes with the cooked asparagus and the steak
