Rösti with fried eggs, avocado and salad

Ingredients

  • 600g to 800g of Lutosa’s Rösti
  • 2 avocados
  • salad
  • 8 eggs
  • pili-pili
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

  1. Cook the rösti according to your preferences :

 

  •  3 minutes at 175°C in the fryer
  • Around 12 minutes at 200°C in the Airfryer
  • Around 16 minutes at 200°C in the Fan oven

 

  1. Cook the eggs in a pan with some oil
  2. Peel and cut into slices the avocados – cut and season the salad
  3. Put all on 4 plates – you can add some pili pili for people who like to eat spicy
