The Veggie Burger

Ingredients

  • 2 veggie burger
  • Green salad
  • grated carrots
  • mashed avocado
  • red cabbage
  • wheat germ
  • a slice of Goat cheese or fresh cottage cheese

Preparation

  1. Cooked the veggie burger : 4’ in the fryer at 175°C or cooked it in the oven during 12 mns
  2. Garnish your burger with the different Ingredients :

 

  • ketchup sauce
  • the salad
  • the cooked beef burger
  • one slice of cheddar cheese
  • one slice of tomatoes
  • some slices of the peeled red onion
  • the veggie burger

 

You can also serve the burger with the Lutosa fries.
