Ultra Crunchy served with stuffed brioche

Ingredients

For 4 people :

  • 600g to 800g Lutosa’s prefried fries 7-7 Ultra-Crunchy
  • 1 brioche of 500g
  • 12 big shrimps
  • 1 tin of crab
  • 1 salad
  • 2 red onions
  • 1 piece of feta cheese
  • vinaigrette
  • mayonnaise
  • 1 bunch of parsley

Preparation

  1. Cut the brioche in 4 equal pieces. Spread in the 2 pieces with a little mayonnaise, than stuff with 6 shrimps in each pieces of brioche. For the 2 others pieces of brioche,  mix the crab with some mayonnaise than stuff in the 2 remaining pieces of brioche. You can garnish the brioche, on top, with some small pieces of parsley.
  2. Prepare the salad , add some slices of red onion , some pieces of feta and the vinaigrette. Mix all together.
  3. Cook the ultra-crunchy 7-7 Extra crispy during 3.30 mns at 175°C.
  4. Enjoy your meal inside or outside !
