Veggie Receipt of Crunchy oval hash brown

Ingredients

  • Lutosa crunchy hash browns (2 pp)
  • 250g mushrooms ( preferably different kinds )
  • 150g herb cheese
  • 1 kohlrabi
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 glove of garlic
  • Parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • some grilled pine nuts

Preparation

  • Heat the fryer to 175°C
  • Brush the mushrooms clean and cut into chunks or let the small once in 1 piece
  • Peel the kohlrabi and cut into fine cubes.
  • Peel the shallot and the garlic and finely chopthem.
  • Sauté the shallot and garlic in some olive oil, add the kohlrabi and leave to cook until it becomes crisp.
  • Add some more olive oil and stew the mushrooms until they are almost cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Keep a few nice mushrooms aside that we will use to finish the plate
  • Reduce the heat and add the herb cheese and the cream.
  • Bake the hash browns for 3:30 minutes until golden brown.
  • Chop some parsley and add it to the vegetables
  • Let everything reduce to the desired thickness.
  • Place the hash browns in the center of the plate.
  • Top the vegetable cheese mixture over the hash browns.
  • Finish with the mushrooms and sprinkle some parsley and pines over the plate
