Veggie Receipt of Crunchy oval hash brown

Ingredients

  • Lutosa crunchy hash browns (2 pp)
  • 250g mushrooms ( preferably different kinds )
  • 150g herb cheese
  • 1 kohlrabi
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 glove of garlic
  • Parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • some grilled pine nuts

Preparation

  1. Heat the fryer to 175°C
  2. Brush the mushrooms clean and cut into chunks or let the small once in 1 piece
  3. Peel the kohlrabi and cut into fine cubes.
  4. Peel the shallot and the garlic and finely chopthem.
  5. Sauté the shallot and garlic in some olive oil, add the kohlrabi and leave to cook until it becomes crisp.
  6. Add some more olive oil and stew the mushrooms until they are almost cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Keep a few nice mushrooms aside that we will use to finish the plate
  8. Reduce the heat and add the herb cheese and the cream.
  9. Bake the hash browns for 3:30 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Chop some parsley and add it to the vegetables
  11. Let everything reduce to the desired thickness.
  12. Place the hash browns in the center of the plate.
  13. Top the vegetable cheese mixture over the hash browns.
  14. Finish with the mushrooms and sprinkle some parsley and pines over the plate
