Veggie receipt of Potato crunchies

Ingredients

  • 600g Potato Crunchies Lutosa
  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 red pepper, 1 green pepper
  • 2 spring onions
  • 2 tbsp or teaspoon Sichuan pepper
  • 2cm ginger
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 5 tablespoon salted soy sauce
  • 6 sprigs of cilantro
  • 1 C. peanut oil

Preparation

  1. Cut all the vegetables in small pieces, meanwhile, chop the new onions and coriander.
  2. Peel and chop the ginger and garlic.
  3. In a wok, pour the peanut oil and brown the vegetables with the new onions, peppers, garlic, ginger and soya sauce.
  4. Finally, add the Sichuan pepper, coriander and the rest of the soy sauce.
  5. Let cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Serve with the Lutosa crunchies potatoes – cook them during 3’30” in the fryer or 12’ in a pan or in the Air fryer during 12’.
