Veggie receipt of the wedges skin on

Ingredients

  • 300g Lutosa Wedges skin on
  • 2 burrata
  • salad
  • baby leaves
  • cherry tomatoes
  • red onions
  • pine nuts
  • olive oil

Preparation

  1. Cook the wedges in a fryer during 4’ at 175°C
  2. Prepare the vegetables on a plate  season with salt, pepper and olive oil.
  3. Put the burrata on the vegetables with a little olive oil.
