Xtra crispy fries with humus dipping

Ingredients

  • 400g Lutosa Xtra crispy fries 10-10
  • ready humus
  • Granada
  • persley
  • olive oil

Preparation

  1. Prepare the humus with olive oil, cut parsley and Granada – put all on the humus
  2. Cook the fries in a fryer during 4’ at 175°C
  3. Garnish the fries with the cut persley
